With Pizza Hut, new software which has caused issues with call center support, reduction in orders for stores running SUS software as well as a reduction in mileage reimbursement to delivery drivers with no explanation or answers to that question 90 days later. Increased delivery fees as mileage reimbursement are lowered, resulting in customers lowering their tips or not tipping at all. Questions with no answers except someone is talking about the subject.

It is a very fast paced job, articulate work, meet new people, and management is very welcoming

Cons

There is not a lot of hours and the menu is very long.

Pros

I love the people I work with, it is just such a good environment to be in, we work together so well and always know how to solve problems or work around them anytime there is an inconvenience, the people around me make me laugh and smile, even if some of my worst days. They are always telling you what you are doing well and help you if you are struggling. I’ve never been scared to ask someone for help when I need it and that says a lot. Everyone communicates so well so we always know what we need.

Cons

I don’t really think there is any, it can be very fast paced and that adds some complexity to it when you are trying to do a lot at once and get it out fast for our customers
