Pros

There are actually a lot of pros. Where would I even begin? 1) Flynn family fund for starters (great cause and one of the best out there as far as owners thinking about their workers. ) 2) when you work for Flynn Pizza Hut, you are welcomed with open arms and are apart of something beyond imagination! 3) Flexibility 4) starting pay The list goes on and on.

Cons

Well just like pros there are alot of cons as well but it just depends on you and your expectations for yourself. My main 3 cons are as fallowed # 1)HOT SCHEDULES!! This one is the most and worst con there ever was!! The way it calculates for hours is insane. Then leaves us to have to make cuts nonstop cuz we ain’t busy enough to have ppl on shifts. Then you make cuts and an hour later we get slammed and have no help. Which leaves employees tired, burned out and giving less care and dedication to the Hut. We get no overtime (when sometimes overtime can’t be helped ) getting busy on a Friday with 1 manager and 2 cooks and trying not to change wait time to 1 hour (but we are 20 orders backed up) so we don’t get bad reviews which then turns into meetings about how we gotta do better. No, we are doing our best with what we got. Give us some slack and understand that sometimes we have to do that in order to keep things steady instead of hectic and messing up just to keep a perfect track record. Employees under sooo much pressure will inevitably mess up orders cuz they are rushing and being rushed and nervous for getting in trouble. To top it all off GMs are required to work 50 hours which isn’t the issue. But it’s the : gms hours are counted into crew hours so it gives us less hours for crew so when we at limit it’s us who has to work all the extra and sometimes that leaves you by yourself making pizzas , wingstreet, answering phones , dealing with drive thru and doing admin stuff. Nearly impossible! 2#) our systems and how they are from the 17th century… there has to be better ways to make it easier to cash ppl out . And take orders and all other things. 3#) same as #2 & #1 ***Hot schedules suck ***

Pros

It is a very fast paced job, articulate work, meet new people, and management is very welcoming

Cons

There is not a lot of hours and the menu is very long.

Pros

I love the people I work with, it is just such a good environment to be in, we work together so well and always know how to solve problems or work around them anytime there is an inconvenience, the people around me make me laugh and smile, even if some of my worst days. They are always telling you what you are doing well and help you if you are struggling. I’ve never been scared to ask someone for help when I need it and that says a lot. Everyone communicates so well so we always know what we need.

Cons

I don’t really think there is any, it can be very fast paced and that adds some complexity to it when you are trying to do a lot at once and get it out fast for our customers
