Pros
The property manager Cathy is an outstanding property manager, and the residents are great people. However, they are undervalued by the owner.
Cons
the owner is a his way or highway type person, everything is micromanaged and things are repaired with what we all know as lip stick on the pig. Units are old and outdated, no training is offered or training reimbursement, company goes through staff like water and that from property managers to maintenance staff.
