Opportunities for growth, leadership is open to your success and try new responsibilities but you have to advocate for yourself. Open to creative ideas from all over the company. From creative stand point, one gets to work on multiple clients across different creative mediums. Get to work on some great projects and see your work. A growing business.

Advertising business culture. Work life balance can be hard to manage depending on projects, season and responsibilities. There isn’t clear growth paths then typical industry standards, years of experience, yearly performance reviews; but as noted above, there’s growth if you ask.
