Pros

It's a relaxed environment which is nice. Frequent outings to coffee shops and lunches. It's nice if you need to build experience.

Cons

They're so concerned with sales it's unreal. Instead of wanting to actually help their clients, they're trying to have you go in every month and get upsells. Your pay is less than you're worth - especially with a degree. They give empty promises and don't increase your pay after years of working there. Don't expect to go anywhere in the company because there isn't any upward mobility. They churn clients and employees quickly (for lots of reasons), so don't get used to your co-workers. The sales people are just that - sales. So as a campaign manager you're constantly cleaning up their lies/promises they said to make a sale.

Pros

Good office culture if your manager is supportive, decent opportunities for commission if you know what to look for. Very good starting point for someone fresh out of college.

Cons

Poor base pay with very little room for advancement. Leadership is distant and siloed into local offices. Favoritism can be rampant between regions.
