Pros

A highly entrepreneurial environment that’s ideal for self-starters who enjoy building their own path, working toward outcome-driven goals, and thriving in a fast-paced, creative industry. There’s significant opportunity for both personal and professional growth for people who are proactive, adaptable, and motivated by impact.

Cons

Because the culture is highly outcome-oriented, the workday doesn’t always end at a set time; priorities often shift based on client needs and team goals. Success requires strong communication, comfort navigating trade-offs, and the ability to manage boundaries in a fast-moving environment. That pace and level of accountability may not be the right fit for everyone.

Pros

I joined FlyteVu in the last few months, and transparently, was intimidated by the negative glassdoor reviews. Don't listen to them. The entire leadership team is not only transparent about the financial status of the company, they encourage everyone to bring new ideas to the table and really empower the entire company. If your idea is used, not only are you credited, you're immediately validated both internally and externally. It is one of the most collaborative and caring environments I've seen in my ten year career.

Cons

If you've never worked at an agency before, just remember this is not a 9-5. If you are on a project and it heats up, you need to be available.

Pros

FlyteVu has a genuinely strong creative culture and a team of incredibly smart, driven people who care about the work and each other. There’s real opportunity to work on high-visibility campaigns with major talent and brands, which makes it a great place to build experience and learn very quickly. The company is collaborative at its core, and there’s a willingness to explore bold ideas rather than play it safe. Leadership is ambitious and pushes for growth, which creates momentum and keeps things interesting. For the most part, any concerns raised to leadership are usually addressed in a timely manner. It's still an agency/entertainment environment so things move quickly and you have to be flexible, but work life balance is possible if you manage your time effectively.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, there are still some growing pains when it comes to structure, communication, and consistency across teams. Transparency and follow-through from leadership can feel inconsistent at times. There can also be uneven investment in teams and individuals across departments, which sometimes impacts morale and clarity around growth opportunities.
