Pros
The previous regime nearly buried this company but it has a new lease of life. The new C and Executive Managememt is breathing new life into it. Treat this as a new start up as the old start up never really got going. Great place to work, fast paced, new products coming. Exciting times ahead.
Cons
Recovery is speeding up, they have a lot of prior bad decisions to work through, but it is happening. There was a lot to do to fix what was broken before, but little by little that is happening and the change is being seen.
