Pros

Pros... there is absolutely nothing positive I can say about this trash company. The corporate guys think they have a a large buy into their "culture" but on the field level everyone is faking it just to keep their jobs. Everyone that I have talked to at this company is actively looking for employment elsewhere.

Cons

They are a cult. You have to fit into their cult. you have to read their cult books and attend their cult book discussions. They pay absolute bottom dollar for the area. They try to say you will get bonuses but if your not a brown noser you won't see much of one. Have you ever wanted to work in the oilfield for the same wage you could make at Walmart? They do that here at flywheel and if you complain about it then they will fire you for not fitting into the CULTure.

Pros

Flywheel is a great place to work for many reasons. I appreciate that I am able to ask questions and challenge why we do things a certain way. Our opinions are valued and we are able to contribute to decisions that may be considered "outside our pay grades" elsewhere.

Cons

Flywheel is continuously evolving. Not that long ago it was a small private equity start up and now has become a bigger company that has successfully acquired and divested a few assets. I feel that some employees have struggled with that evolution and what it has felt like. Not everyone would consider it a con, but those who enjoyed the "early days" may struggle with the more mature version of this company.

Pros

Zero. Company is a joke!

Cons

Zero pay raises in six years to employees. Lowest paying wages in oil and gas industry I’ve heard of and expected to make pay difference up with OT. Zero safety culture and upper management that doesn’t care about its employees.
