Thanks for your review! There are definitely benefits at Focus Camera, including medical insurance, paid lunch/time-off, and discount programs for a variety of products. HR’s door is always open to give you more information about the benefits you are interested in. In reference to your comment of it being ‘hard to reach the boss,’ he responds to all emails within 24 hours. We recently received a Glassdoor review stating that the boss’ door is always open and you can chat with him, even if about non-work related subjects. In reference to organization, there is always room for improvement and we rely on the employees to assist bettering it. We are always ready for new ideas and methods of implementation, so please speak or email HR about the issues or ideas you have.
