Pros
The company helped me a lot. I have no work experience yet, they gave me a chance to prove my self to them. As an exchange I worked hard to be one of the top performers in our department.
Cons
Every company has it's flaws. But whatever the flaws my company have, I am more focused on the chance that they have given to me.
