Pros
There's a lot of great people especially the coaches. I really love the training department, shout out to Miss Oona for teaching us patiently. Great pay and lots of benefits.
Cons
Idk if at that time only, but it's the company's duty to process some of our requirements, right? but for some reason, we were the one to process our BIR and stuffs which was fine, but it was suppose to be their duty. Also, there's a lot of miscommunication with the agents and teh higher ups, late notifications particularly about new imposed rules etc.
