The Mission, Vision and Values of Focus HealthCare Solutions is second to none. Their desire to truly help those that really need it is amazing. Its easy for people to only see the business side of things but I assure you that the people that work in the office and that run the organization care deeply about what they do.

Sometimes the passion that exist within the company can make it difficult to leave work at work. When you are truly passionate about something, you think about it all the time which can lead to burn out.

Many opportunities to go up the ladder if you do well. Many people there to assist you in that journey who have a vested interest in your success.

Some infighting amongst upper management made it hard to know what decisions were being made and how I should proceed with my customers.
