1. Better to ignore this company 2. At least you can't get appointment letter from HR after completing years 3. Just proprietorship company became Private Limited company for benefits 4. You will loose salary while leaving the company 5. Document also doubtful 6. Failed to provide proper laptop / desktop to staff 7. Like this many things to say that is simply ignore this company I don't know why I get these kind of companies :(
