- Great people, especially direct management, and regular workers. - A nice office, after their move. - Benefits and company events are quite nice. - Fun and creative environment. - Great opportunities for students and graduates.
Cons
- Low or slow-growing salaries, and unclear progression. - Lack of clarity on hybrid policies, remote contracts, and the like. - RTO policies across the board. To High Wycombe, of all places. - Higher-ups are very disconnected from the actual teams. - Any changes are glacial.
