1. No proper knowledge of market, running just on basis of money from the chairman. 2. Senior people are the most unintelligent ones in the organisation. 3. No concern for employees time. You need to come to office at 10 and the signing off time can as late as 3-4 am in the morning. That too without any compensation (tangible/intangible) 4. No proper date of disbursement of salary. It is done between 15-20 of every month and that can be delayed also. 5. Because of low knowledge of seniors / CEO you'll feel like quitting every single day ( considering you have potential to work )
