Pros
Having worked at Foghorn gives me the opportunity to expose its ugliness, so that people can avoid it like a plague that it is.
Cons
There is absolutely no hope for this company. A certain executive abandons what his position requires of him and wastes his time bickering with and hassling engineers over what they don't do right according to his narrow-minded "visions", and nothing strategic comes out of him. In addition, he implements the Indian caste system to its full capacity: you either gain his favoritism and be a Brahmin, or become reduced to a Dalit. The certain executive does not have much of a brain of his own, and whatever a Brahmin says he takes. His favorite Brahmins running the show are college kids who are still wet behind the ears, and their education has trained them better in politics than in technical skills. The entire engineering team is completely immersed in incessant blaming games.
