- Great technical niche; huge competitive advantage via genuine IP & patents - Excellent executive management with proven track records - Very strategic investments and a plethora of industrial partners - CEO has had multiple exits and IPOs in the past - Very collaborative, happy, open and honest culture
Cons
- Lack of perks (24*7 food, extravagant parties etc.) like many big companies or consumer startups offer in the area - HR, IT Ops, Customer Success etc. auxiliary arms just getting established and in its nascency
