You learn quickly how much leadership quality matters. There is no confusion about the culture, the power structure or the consequences of poor decisions.

It is hard to overstate how badly this company is being mismanaged. What is unfolding is not a rough patch. It is a leadership driven decline. The wrong people were laid off, critical talent was lost and the people still steering the ship seem to function as yes men for the CEO rather than real leaders with backbone or judgment. Every bad decision seems to compound the last one. Watching this happen has been demoralizing, embarrassing, and entirely preventable!
