      Pros

      The culture of the nationwide firm is fabulous. The billable hour requirement is fair.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of opportunity for trial experience. You will get to work up a file and do the behind scene work for trial, but actual in court trial experience is reserved for partners.

      Pros

      Remote work mostly because hybrid was never enforced.

      Cons

      New Management. Lack of appreciation. Bonus structure non-existent even when they claim it is merit based. Only care you are billing maximum to ensure money goes in their pockets and dont acknowledge those who contribute to the firm. Nepotism HUGE in firm causing resentment for those who really do all the hard work while nepo kids skate by making more or acknowledged for doing minimal work only because they are related to management. HUGE TURNOVER.
