Stable, full time employment from your very first day. Plenty of overtime if you are chasing it. Trucks are relatively modern and regularly serviced with on-site mechanics.

The values are simply writing on the wall and don’t mean anything to people in ‘leadership’ positions. Lots of favouritism going on, and if you put yourself and your own wellbeing first before the company you ‘aren’t following the values’. Pay is shocking, unless you work massive hours to keep up with the cost of living and then have absolutely no work-life balance.

Lovely people and great managers. Treated and paid well.

Overworked and understaffed. A lot of issues and workarounds for different customers so nothing is ever black and white.
