Pros
Honestly, the pay is decent in the industry.
Cons
Every single thing is bad here. The environment is not transport-friendly and it's bothersome to go out for meals. Not to mention the utter lack of professionalism by the CEO, coupled with his poor comprehension and language skills make it a nightmare to work here. Should have turned back when I encountered incredibly unprofessional questions during the interview, and I regret my time there. Micro-management is a huge problem, like why on Earth will a CEO be fussing over everything you do. Lack of clear instructions and the fact that this company doesn't have a direction in mind makes this an utterly horrible company to work at. It was absolutely miserable to work there, and the CEO is the main reason for the horrible company culture.
