Declining by the day - Anonymous employee Fontana Employee Review

I used to work with Fontana community services. It started off wonderful, but got worse with personnel changes. Many of my colleagues, including myself were terminated for unjustifiable reasons. The environment started off great, but soon it all came crumbling down. During my time there, I worked with many talented individuals, yet efforts were never appreciated. Rather, I feel we took all the blame when a project did not go as planned.
