Friendly environment, management is disappointing - IT Consultant Fonus Employee Review

Nice office, good coffee machine, lots of fika .. :) I was hired as a consultant, so I cannot speak for benefits etc. But overall, I did have a great experience, everyone was generally kind at this office. If it wasn't for my very kind boss and the team, I would have given it 3/5.

Even though I liked my team and the ambiance in general, it still felt a bit uptight at the office. Also, did not like that there were no ''free space'' where you could work besides being at your actual office. No real ''chill zone''.Among the various offices and teams, it was very ... "groupy", people didn't really try to get to know each other from other teams.
