Pros
I joined Food Alert through their academy programme, which allows you to gain the necessary qualifications while training on the job. Everyone in the company is incredible helpful and friendly, and the support and encouragement have been genuine from day one. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to work for Food Alert and look forward to building a long and rewarding career with them.
Cons
While the starting salary is relatively modest, it is balanced by the valuable qualifications gained. It would be great to see a more significant salary increase after completing the programme. That said, it is still a fantastic company to work for and offers a very positive overall experience.
