The company is full of professional individuals who love and care about what they do. Regardless of the department, everyone is willing to help and support others and the communication was clear. Most of the procedures are documented and updated regularly and the team is always looking for ways to make things better. In addition, the transparency of the leadership team is truly impressive - the leadership team is serious about taking care of employees. Everyone I worked with looked happy and content with their work.
