Pros
It is definitely a place to get yoyouyoyour experience and get out. Ive already found a job that pays almost double and better benefits not more than 2 months after quitting this horrible place.
Cons
Management acts like high school bullies. I felt as thought i were in high school again. Management likes to promise things to keep you there,but never fulfil them. Fsns is bad in general because of corporate and how they are structured. Human resources keeps asking us if we're okay and we like the job. Of course we don't but we're not going to say that except for on glassdoor or anonymously because we will get written up for insubordination.
