I’m sorry that you did not find FSNS a great place for you. I would be happy to talk through your concerns via phone so that we can properly address them. It is unfortunate to hear your concerns regarding the management and corporate teams, though we certainly do not source anyone from “off the streets” as you have stated. In regard to raises – when performance dictates there are numerous opportunities for additional compensation as well as career progression. Hopefully you were a good performer and you had this discussion with your management team before you decided to pursue employment elsewhere. We know that employees have a number of choices when it comes to benefits – our plans, the exchange, spouse insurance plans, parents insurance, etc. We work hard to put benefit plans in place that are competitive within the industry.
