Pros

The people you meet and the experience you receive can make it worth it. Lifelong friends and you get to better yourself to leave.

Cons

The company is run backwards. They recently underwent an overhaul but there are still some remnants of the terrible corporate structure. People running labs that have no business, but the company is invested and will dump hundreds of thousands of dollars into a sinking ship instead of admitting their fault and starting over. Corporate also picks and chooses when to enforce certain policies resulting in me ultimately leaving/being forced out while other individuals are partaking in the same policy violation.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It's great to hear about the relationships and friendship developed while working at FSNS. However, it is unfortunate to hear the concerns about your experience. We will look into the matter and address any issues that stem from the lab environment. We will continue to evaluate our compensation structure to ensure we are competitive within the industry. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve and create a culture where everyone is appreciated. – Human Resources Team

Pros

Some growth opportunities available depending on location / current lab needs.

Cons

Since it’s part of certified group, upper management does not understand the individual needs of each lab enough to effectively run things. Mandatory overtime at most locations. Not a lot of explanation of how to do certain things or why they are done. Poor wages and terrible health insurance.
