Pros
As much as I want to say there isn’t any, at least the people you work with are nice and make the job slightly better. You really are suffering together
Cons
No work life balance, required overtime, terrible management, you can’t talk to management about anything they really make this job terrible. They will single you out and treat you poorly if you even dare say anything to them. Speaking to all the employees there everyone is tired and fed up. Management needs to listen to their employees !! They do not value their team .
