Nothing to tell home about.

Cons

The organizagion is driven by select clique of the C.O.O who thinks is untouchable.They sit down and fire at will,judge you and mistreat low level emplooyees.Very in-experienced and they lack any drive towards the mission.This was the worst ever institution to work for.Ask if they have any CFO or how many left,Head of HR have all been leaving due to internal fights with "This Clique".The day they fall,the thud will be loudest.

The working culture is great. 80% of staff are women and are aged 30 and below making this easy , creative and so easy

The workload can be hectic and there is a lot of office politics

The only con is that I had public holiday to rest.

Cons

Poor management as the lower employees are talked to like kids. No work life balance as you get to get calls even past working hours. When on leave you will still be assigned duties. Top management has poor leadership skills and doesn’t like insights from other lower employees.
