Pros

Extremely flexible hours, lenient with dress code, free snacks and drinks, discounted lunch, great co-workers.

Cons

Pay, management, overall departmental structure. Bonus structure constantly changed to be unachievable, no support from management, little to no opportunity for advancement, significant amount of turnover. Raises never given even when well deserved and are flat out denied. Almost an entire department has walked out mid work day due to the work load and lack of support, requiring management to bribe the remaining employees to stay with raises and free lunch. Only time anyone in the department has received a raise, fyi.

I truly enjoy the people I get to work with every day. I have found the work to be both rewarding and challenging at times, but overall the work life balance is very good.

Cons

I would like to see more PTO and Holidays offered.

Pros

I've been with Foodja for about three months, and so far, it’s been a great experience. The leadership team is supportive and accessible, and I’ve really appreciated the clear guidance and communication from day one. The team culture is collaborative, friendly, and focused, which has made onboarding smooth and engaging. One of the only challenges has been occasional slower periods where things quiet down a bit, but even then, the team finds ways to stay productive and connected. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Foodja to anyone looking for a company with strong leadership, a positive work culture, and a clear direction.

Cons

Things move fast, so there’s a lot to learn upfront but the team is always there to support you.
