- The brands you get to work with are exciting, and there are some passionate people in the trenches doing the work. - Company is growing with new brand acquisitions

- Salary is not at all competitive, and no real bonus structure to speak of. - Benefits are laughably bad compared to what other comparable roles are offering at different companies - There doesn't seem to be a lot of genuine interest in helping franchisees actually make money. Royalties are charged regardless of the financial health of a location. Basically a legalized pyramid scheme. - No respect for employees trying to maintain work/life balance. There is so much work thrown on people that is not realistic to accomplish in normal working hours. Unless you're willing to risk serious burn out, you won't advance here. - ENDLESS UNNECESSARY PHONE MEETINGS - New acquisitions are great, but there never seems to be a concrete strategy on how to smoothly transition. Lots of last minute changes in terms of staffing and operations, leading to chaos on the ground. Upper management not interested in problems, just want things done.
