Worst Company - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Foothill Child Development Services Employee Review

Worst company to work for. The owners are clueless about ABA. The owners believe anyone that has a BCBA are the most knowledgeable people on planet earth. How small minded must you be to believe that. Most BCBA’s that have worked for this company have taken advantage of the company for that reason. As a BCBA we ran this company. That was pleasant. The owners have lunch at the same time as their employees and it’s the most saddening thing to witness. You see the workers cleaning up after the owners like if they can’t clean up after themselves. Part administration;part maids! The owners wife is the “COO”and she spends her time photoshopping pictures instead of actually working to help the company. Half of employees in the office look like they do not get along. The owners wife pretends to be involved in helping the company. In reality she does not know how to do anything herself , not even type a proper email on her own. She gives extra work to the staff instead of helping with the work load. She gossips about everything like if she’s a reality TV star. The owners and especially the wife are great at being fake. To your face they will applaud you and tell you that you’re a great worker. But to other workers they complain and degrade their workers. This place needs to go out of business. The company is ran poorly. The owner and his wife are like little children’ they are never on the same page. The owner will say one thing and his wife will say another. They need therapy. If you have to work here. Get the experience you need and run. Everything about this company is wrong. Most unprofessional place to work for.
