Pros
The owner of the company contacted me while I was living in a different state. I had several conversations with him prior to moving to California. Once I met with him, I knew he was genuine. After two years of working at Foothills, I can look back and say that everything we discussed came true and he was very honest with me when I first interviewed. As a Business Development Manager, below are the pros for someone interested in an opportunity with my company Foothills Consulting Group: - Minimal Micromanaging - Entrepreneur like opportunity - Feeling of being a part of something and for a purpose, as if it is my company, my opinions matter, and as the company is more successful I am rewarded in return - Great opportunity to build a successful career and compensation - Highest commission in the industry - Very rewarding - Provide the tools needed to succeed - Great culture - Company trips - Great Management, very honest and upfront with you Foothills is truly an honest company with great morals and leadership for internal employees, clients, and consultants. In order to be successful, you have to put the work in and not be lazy. Your success here and at any company is contingent upon your attitude and desire to succeed. If you are looking for a job to just have a salary, this industry is not going to be for you. This company is for someone who wants more than a salary and no cap to how much you can make.
Cons
I do not see any cons working with Foothills. They provide you with all the tools needed to be successful. The management team and everyone else is there for you if you need help or have questions. All you need to do is ask. As a Sales professional, you are supposed to give it your all and want to bring in more business. You have to always be working. There is nothing that anyone can do for you if you do not have what it takes to be successful. You cannot train a person to be a hard worker. The company will listen to you, give you what you need and it is on you to make the most of it.
