Management team was supportive and passionate about the work until the new CEO made them all redundant. They’ve lost many years of experience and knowledge from the organisation as a result.
The new CEO has favourite staff who are protected from being held accountable for their work and conduct, and prioritized for promotions.
They’ve lost many culture at Footprints Community used to be incredible, but it’s quickly become toxic and highly unprofessional under the new leadership. The CEO seems to lead through intimidation and exclusion of team members. They’ve lost sight of their values and the work they are there to do.
The organisation will soon be led by brand new management who are unfamiliar with the organisation and its programs.
Many long term staff are leaving due to significant concerns about the new direction of the organisation.
