People are very friendly and easy to work with. Office has a good atmosphere and everyone seems committed to creating a positive experience. They've started a quick daily office exercise that is completely voluntary. It helps break up the day and gets you out of your desk. The company is based in Taiwan so there's some interesting aspects to the project flow but it's easy to work with the offshore team and they're all very helpful. I've had a rewarding experience at ForaCare and feel it's a great company with a lot of opportunity for growth.
