The employees are good people

Above middle management, it’s a horrible company. The CEO/Owner is disconnected from employees and should not have expanded into the US. Everyone in Senior Management and the Executive Suite is out of touch with reality and disappear during Canadian holidays and PTO, but expect those in the US to give up every PTO day and holiday to be available for them. No one really cares about your well being or providing you support. The few that do, are run off by the Canadian club or leave after banging their head on the wall every day.
