Since the recent change in senior leadership, there’s been a real breath of fresh air throughout the business. The new direction is clear, with a well thought out new go to market strategy that finally feels aligned with both our strengths and the demands of the market. We’re seeing the right people in the right roles and it’s making a huge difference in both morale across the business and performance. Management has become far more flexible and people focused, with an emphasis on coaching and structured career development plans. It's clear that leaders are invested in helping individuals grow, not just hit numbers. Communication has improved, and there's a sense of momentum and purpose that wasn’t as strong before. Cons
With change comes some growing pains. Roles and responsibilities are still settling in a few areas, and not everything is perfect yet. However, the direction is promising, and most people see the bigger picture. Also, being part of a business in transformation means you need to be adaptable and it’s not the right place for someone looking to just “coast.”
