Pros

Company does good work. Some good professionals. If you are really into Sound, Audio and Video, and integration: they are good in what they do.

Cons

They will treat you bad until you decide to leave. Management does not care about you. If you went to college, do not waste your time. They micromanage and do not trust their employees. No PTO. They make you feel guilt if you take PTO. Salary is low even for the industry average. Unless you are really into Audio and Video industry, it is not a nice place.

Pros

Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

Cons

Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
