      Fun job, don't need experience in the audio/video field, good training program.

      Cons

      Good bit of traveling, no compensation for overtime, don't feel that valued, engineering/salary employees seems to be taken advantage of.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
