      Pros

      Have lots of experience as Engineer, never-ending training process by working. Work with Ford Motor Company ( Germany - UK and USA) , Trainings, Open-mind innovation ideas. Good friendships.

      Cons

      Work hour is legal work hours for Turkey ( there is no extra work request, if it is needed, extra work time is calculated ,and can be used later), however Istanbul has very hectic traffic, so the work hours + traffic hours look a con for me.
