Pros
Not very many. I was able to learn how to do a lot with very little. The members at the club were wonderful.
Cons
High employee turnover. Moderate pay for 60+ hours per week. Poor upper management highlights one of many reasons they went from 44 leased courses down to a handful. I was lucky enough to find something better quickly.
