Your work environment will become hostile quickly if you are perceived as one to call action or question procedural guidelines being situational verses true enforcement to avoid liability and potential safety to ones well being and the asset's structrural integrity. A LOT of petty gossiping and confidential employee information circulation. No true enforcement of proper chain of command and over reach from higher entities that otherwise have no scope to be conducting certain executive decisions. Emotional and psychological shut down when questioning authority. All in all, if you have any bit of integrity, you will be met with an iron fist. False information of true business operations are encouraged and passed along to investors and ownership to avoid further questioning. Do not bother wasting your time and energy because your intelligence is not welcome; they prefer a heads down approach and a "do what is told" regardless if it is in violation to compliance Federal legalities, or ethicacy.
