Cons
* Group leadership of the Government Group is absent at the wheel. Words indicate collaboration but deflection of functional responsibility is the standard.
* Toxic environment. Do your due diligence, not just on the company but on the government group leadership.
* Two way and communication and feedback is not allowed.
* Leadership doesn't communicate expectations and when you question or seek clarification and direction, he simply hangs up on you.
* There is potential here for success, but not with the current leadership structure.
