Pros
I've worked at a lot of companies of varying size over the last decade. What stands out to me about ForeUP is that they are willing to take the time to do things right. They see the value in being innovative in some things, while taking the traditional effective approach to others. The management/ownership takes the time to do market research, invest in best practices, and learn how they can support the rest of the company. They want us to grow as individuals AND professionals, and I have really felt that support and it's positive impact on my life inside and outside of work. The office environment is great. Most employees came as a referral from another employee, but fresh new hires seem to feel comfortable and welcomed regardless. The company emphasizes integrity and trust over micro-management, and is usually pretty flexible about scheduling. Overall, it's an amazing place to work and I'm very excited for the future of the company.
Cons
Being a small and young company, there is obviously room to grow. At times, that can cause growing pains, but that comes in line with being part of the development of a company.
