Pros

Play free golf and sell a cool product. They plan to expand into new markets eventually due to a few key players on their management team

Cons

growing leadership team currently inexperienced managing people, but getting better day by day. Many operational processes are bottle-necked making the product tough to fulfill at times, especially for private country clubs, which is where the best chances are to make good commissions. Sales commissions you do earn are very delayed and the compensation plan back then seemed to "nickel and dime" you for a myriad of reasons. The price point was too low to make very good commissions in the golf industry alone. If you want true, "SaaS sales earning potential," you'll want to consider other options.

Being able to work remotely, knowledgable management who pushes employees to think outside of the box. Good pay, flexible time off.

Lack of building culture due to being completely remote
