Pros

Some really lovely people there

Cons

Absolutely no clue what they are doing, really poor leadership and non-existent training and personal development. All the good people have left due to some seriously questionable management priorities. They don't value their staff which is pretty obvious from the high churn rate of employees. Sales team feels a bit like a sinking ship and the captains already jumped off. No-one ever hits their (unattainable) target and advice as to how to get there is non-existent. Avoid like the plague if you're looking for self-development.

Pros

The team is fantastic to work with - culturally diverse and made up of many highly talented individuals. New leadership is revitalizing the organization's culture and fostering more efficient cross-team collaboration. Quarterly reporting supports these changes, trending successes and reflects a promising boost to the organization's structure, teamwork and growth.

Cons

Staffing changes resulting in loss of valuable team members has been hard on the remaining team members and overall company morale.
