The most toxic workplace I've ever encountered - Coordinator Foreign Policy Research Institute Employee Review

I did not realize how toxic the workplace was at FPRI until leaving. As I climb the career ladder further and move on to larger workplaces with empathy-driven leaders and workplace cultures rooted in encouragement and respect, I will still always carry with me how poorly I was treated at this company, and I think that is an important lesson to be learned by the higher ups here. I would never recommend anyone to work with this organization because of how I was treated while working here.
