      Pros

      Wide variety of successful employees to share and learn from. The team spirit and collaboration is some of the best I've been around, with everyone helping and stepping up when needed. The product, and training behind it really helps you advocate and promote Forescout.

      Cons

      ESP Plan is missing in some international countries, with no standard optional offering to those employees affected. Not a con for some, but it's a work hard, play hard environment. There are responsibilities that you will have to take on to get the job done, so it might not be a company for those willing to only complete what's on their job description. Be passionate about your job or you won't fit in.

      Pros

      Lots of intelligent hardworking people who will drop what they have going on to help you. Excellent culture of coming together to get stuff done. Work life balance is good (you draw boundaries).

      Cons

      Benefits are ok, nothing stellar.
