Pros
Rock-solid, mature product, better than competition, and getting better.
Cons
Communication Either it’s barking of managers trying to grab spotlight on deals. Or it’s crickets chirping to requests for product, process, or policy clarification. Or it’s the snarling between divisions with competing agendas. People of talent and experience are hitting the door. No word from upstairs on how to retain or replace them. Just out-of-blue announcements designed to make work/life harder. Like greenlighting somebody’s idea for revamping ops process in mid-quarter and not during annual shutdown. Or requiring all US employees to be fully jabbed in forty days or lose their jobs just in time for Christmas. It’s all about Federal business, so all must comply—Federal-facing or not, remote or not. Can’t really say why. Just wear a mask, please, indoors and out. But actions communicate loudest. And compliance must be more valuable than employees—even in a tight labor market with best talent getting poached right and left—because leadership is not lifting a finger to push back on the mandates, no matter how ridiculous.
